Advancement of Climate Change Knowledge
The Copenhagen Diagnosis

The Copenhagen Diagnosis delivered a balanced, defensible and timely assessment of the latest science to have emerged since the last Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in 2007. In the first 48 hours of release the report was downloaded or read online over 100,000 times with over 5000 media stories appearing worldwide, including significant national coverage in Australia. Conceived by a team of Australian climate scientists who led its authorship, the report had a major impact on the awareness of the rate of climate change by the general public, policy makers, the media and educators globally.
